Discipline Yourself Spiritually

Hebrews 12:11 No discipline is enjoyable while it is happening-its painful.! But afterward there will be a peaceful harvest of right living for those who ate trained in this way. (NLT)

Don’t just beleive you can do it, put your hands to it. Pray more, fast more, seek the face of God more, be available more, be grateful more, sacrifice more but most of all be obedient!

Examine Yourself

Have you examined yourself lately? It’s easy to point fingers towards others than it is to be aware of our own habits, mistakes, errors, and ignorance. So today let’s take a look at who we are and what we are doing so that we are also the example of what God intended for us to be.

2 Corinthians 13:5 Examine yourselves to see if your faith is genuine. Test yourselves. Surely you know that Jesus Christ is among you, if not, you have failed the test of genuine faith. (New Living Translation)
