John 2:16 And said unto them that sold doves, Take these things hence; make not my Father’s house an house of merchandise.

Be careful how you go into the House of God. The Church has a purpose and that purpose is for believers of Jesus Christ to come together to WORSHIP not WORK for profits. God does not mind us showcasing our talents and abilities…of course not…but His time is His time. He gave us all of out gifts and talents but He also is a God of order.

Don’t lose respect for the House of God or yourself by not understanding that there is a time and a place for all things.

Are You Prejudice?

John 1:46 And Nathanael said unto him, Can there any good thing come out of Nazareth? Philip Saith unto him, Come and see. 

Do you know the opportunities that you might have missed out on because you prejudged a person by the color of their skin, nationality, where they are from, or just plainly their outward appearance?

Nanthanael could have missed experiencing Jesus because simply for where Jesus was raised. Be very careful that you don’t hinder yourself from your promises/blessings that God has for you because it is always tied to another person!

 

 

Do You Know Your Purpose?

Do you know your purpose, your position, your assignment?

John The Baptist knew that he was here to prepare the way for Jesus Christ. He was not intimidated, jealous, or concerned what other people thought of him. He understood that God Himself had to reveal to him who the Messiah was.

What has God revealed to you? Who has God revealed to you?

John1:29 The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world. 

30: This is he whom i said, After me cometh a man which is preferred before me: for he was before me.
